1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at trustethica.com and any related online services provided by Trustethica ("Trustethica", "we", "us", "our") (collectively, the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
These Terms do not govern your use of the Trustethica platform itself or any services provided to enterprise customers, which are subject to separate written agreement.
2. Eligibility
The Website is intended for enterprise, business, and professional users. By using the Website, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements
If you are accessing the Website on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms
Your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws
3. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, Trustethica grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Website and its contents for lawful business purposes, including reviewing information about Trustethica and submitting an application to our founding partner programme.
4. Prohibited use
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law or regulation
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Website except as expressly permitted
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of any technology made available through the Website
Scrape, harvest, data-mine, or use any automated means to access the Website, other than legitimate search engine indexing
Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Website
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or communication channel
Transmit any malware, virus, or harmful code through the Website
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our systems, or our networks

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, code, page structure, methodology descriptions, framework references, capability descriptions, and the underlying platform technology referenced or described on the Website (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Trustethica and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent (including patents pending), trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and other jurisdictions.
"Trustethica" and associated logos, taglines, and product names are trademarks of Responsible AI Solutions Pte. Ltd. The architectural concepts, methodologies, and platform technology described on the Website are protected by one or more patents pending and other intellectual property rights.
Nothing on the Website grants any licence or right to use any of Trustethica's intellectual property except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Submissions and feedback
When you submit an application, enquiry, or other information through the Website (a "Submission"), you represent that the Submission is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not infringe any third-party right or applicable law.
Personal data within Submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you provide any feedback, suggestion, or idea concerning Trustethica, its services, or its platform ("Feedback"), you grant Trustethica a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and incorporate the Feedback for any purpose, without attribution or compensation. You waive any moral rights in the Feedback to the extent permitted by law.
7. No advice and no warranty
Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, technical, or professional advice. You should not rely on Website content as the sole basis for any decision affecting your organisation. Consult appropriate qualified advisers for advice specific to your circumstances.

TRUSTETHICA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUSTETHICA AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF TRUSTETHICA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TRUSTETHICA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED A NOMINAL SUM PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that mandatory consumer protection law prevents being excluded or limited.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trustethica and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees), and liabilities arising from or in connection with:

Your Submissions or Feedback
Any unauthorised or unlawful use of the Website by you
10. Third-party content and links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, content, or resources. Trustethica does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of any third-party content is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.
11. Confidentiality of pre-engagement discussions
Information exchanged during application review, design partner discussions, technical demonstrations, or other pre-engagement conversations may be confidential. Both parties agree to handle such information in accordance with any executed non-disclosure agreement or, in the absence of one, with the standard of care a reasonable professional would apply to commercially sensitive information.
12. Suspension and termination
Trustethica may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, including where we believe you have breached these Terms or where we discontinue the Website. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including those relating to intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
13. Modifications to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified through the Website or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force at the time the proceedings are commenced. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Trustethica may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
15. General
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trustethica regarding the Website.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Trustethica may assign its rights freely.
Independent parties: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
Force majeure: Trustethica is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
